The Furry Ones

Here are some Pics of our furry friends. They all just love to pose for the camera!!

This is Miki...she is very sweet and is almost always in season. She is a tiny blue burmese and loves to cuddle with her mum and Sister.

This is the fat one Lilan. She is the mother to both Miki and Eris. Her favourite person in the world is Troy but she will snuggle with anyone who gives her attention. She loves to talk and always takes the time to smell the roses!

This is the world famous Kittan. He has congenial myotonia, (the fainting goat disease), which makes it very difficult for him to walk and eat. He is always pulling funny faces and is the sweetest-natured cat in the universe. He has to put up with a lot from the other cats and kittens in our house but he never complains...besides he is so strong that if anyone bothers him he can beat them up or throw them down the hallway without hardly moving!!

Eris...What can i say, she is just soooo beautiful. She is the shy one of the family. You will not notice she is around until she "Sprongs" onto your lap. She loves boys and will cuddle with anyone.

The Wild Ones

Ok Everyone, Here are some pics of some of our Wildlife...Hope you enjoy!!

This is Buffy. She is a Water Dragon. She has very bad sores on her back and hind legs. Her favourite pastime is lying in the sun soaking herself in her homemade waterhole. She is very sweet and loves to eat Crickets and Mealworms. Water Dragons are one of Troy's favourite Reptiles. Buffy also has a damaged eye, so sadly we may not be able to release her.

This is Henry. He is a Ring Tail Possum. He is very friendly and was quite happy to be woken up to a nice bowl of milk. Henry will be released in the next few months.

This is my attempt at Black and White....Ill keep trying

Mr Turtle. He was hit by a car and the top part of his shell was badly damaged. It has taken us a very long time to get his wounds all better but he is now doing really well and will be released when he gains some more weight and it starts to get warmer. Mr Turtle is a SawShell turtle and is only friendly when wrapped in a towel!!

Hello There Everyone,

Thought it would be easier for me to have my own Blog so that I can keep track of all of our animals as well as posting some pices for you all to see.
I will try to update once a week with all of our newbies but if you know me at all you will know how slack I am.
Iris this may be the only way to make sure I keep up the camera work so that Emerson can see all of our babies.
